For any support request, Arcure’s technical team will ask you for a product part number and serial number.

To enrich your request, you can provide the following information and describe how the context of the issue

  • The Data Troubleshooting Code and its message, if any

  • The status/color of the visual alarm on the display

Video dropout on AHD monitor

A jumping or flickering image is usually caused by a frame-rate mismatch between the camera and the display.

Quick fix
In BXT App › Camera › Camera Settings › FPS, choose the frame rate for your region:

  • 25 fps — regions with 50 Hz mains power: Europe, Africa, Australia, Middle East…

  • 30 fps — regions with 60 Hz mains power: North & Central America, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines…

  • Brazil and parts of South America (PAL-M): start with 30 fps; if the picture is still unstable, try 25 fps.

  • Recent multistandard monitors accept both rates; change the FPS only if you see dropouts.

Verify image stability right away.
If the issue persists, inspect the AHD cabling and reboot both the camera and the monitor.
