How to create worksites and vehicles

1 - Worksite creation
Can only be done in "dashboard app" when logged in as a company manager - hence Arcure cannot do it for the customer
The following video shows how to create a worksite:
The form includes the following fields:
worksite Name: Enter the name of the worksite. This fiels is required
Address: Provide the eddress of the worksite
Picture or avatar (default picture): This can be changed if necessary and should be a picture of the worksite
site manager: Optional. You can list the site manager(s) of the worksite here.
Standard user: Optional - possible to list here the standard user(s) for this site (persons who will have access to information of related to the vehicles of this site)
Repeat this process to create additional worksites.
2 - Vehicle Creation/ association to worksite
A vehicle can be created either when registering a product (see How to register a product) or from the page of a Vehicles.

The video below starts from the product page of the dashboard app and shows how to create a new vehicle.
The editing form includes the following fields:
Functionnality selector: This field allows you to select whether the vehicle will be used for the checklist, the dashboard, or both. The display of other fields depends on the choice made here.
Picture or avatar: Optional. This allows you to choose an image for your vehicle.
Name: Required. This field enables you to specify the vehicle's name.
Worksite: Required. This field is used to assign the vehicle to a specific worksite.
Category: Required. This field allows you to specify the vehicle's category. Choose from the provided dropdown list.
Brand: Optional. This allows you to define the brand of your vehicle.
Model: This fields is optional and it allows you to specify the model of your vehicle
Vehicle association to a worksite:
When adding a new vehicle, you must specify the worksite it will be associated with. If the worksite doesn't exist yet, you'll need to create it beforehand. Afterward, you can link your vehicle to your PU. This operation is mandatory, otherwise the data of the PU/ vehicle won't be visible in the dashboard.
After this stage, the vehicle is linked to a workiste but has no product / PU attached. To add a product to the vehicle in this particular case, see 2nd part of chapter "2.2 - Registration through Dashboard App (by customer only)" in article How to register a product
Once a vehicle with a registered system is linked to a worksite, the different data (KPIs, events, etc.) can be visualized in the different pages of the dashboard.
