7.2 Management of inputs for voltage from 4V to 32V
You'll find the manual below:
Product reference: 100-760-001
Objective of the relay
The Relay allows you to manage input signals low voltage emitted by the vehicle (e.g. seat sensor) allowing to limit alarms irrelevant (e.g.: driver not present in the vehicle, vehicle in neutral, etc.). For any Blaxtair system when the driver is not present.
Use Case – When to Use It?
Use this relay if you want to:
Prevent alarms from being triggered Blaxtair when the driver temporarily gets off his cart.
Improve data reliability lifts to Blaxtair Connect by eliminating the irrelevant alarms.
Concrete example: the driver gets out to scan a pallet. Without this relay, an alarm would be signaled. With this relay, the system does not raise this alarm since the seat sensor indicates that the truck is empty.
Technical operation
The relay picks up a weak signal (eg: 5V from a seat sensor).
He converts him into a higher signal (e.g. 12V to 24V) suitable for the Blaxtair system inputs.
This signal activates the system input, allowing or blocking the sending of alerts according to the configured rules.
Connection
Connect the output of the presence sensor (e.g. seat sensor) to the Relay.
Relay output to be connected to the active entry of the Blaxtair system.
Check the relay output voltage (adapted according to the vehicle voltage: 12V or 24V).

Here are the connections to make for this relay:
•1+ – Main vehicle power supply (12V or 24V)
•2- – Vehicle mass
•3/A1+ – Ignition signal (e.g. seat sensor, belt, etc.) between 4 and 32Vdc
•4/A2- – Input from the system (signal from the power supply of another component if necessary)

Example
Sit in the driver's seat → The Blaxtair should operate normally with [Mode 6 – 2 conditions].
Get off the seat with the engine running: No alert triggers should appear.
Sit back down → Alerts should become active again.
Important
This operation is not effective that after having correctly configured the input management in the Blaxtair interface (Inputs/Outputs menu).
Without this configuration, the relay alone will not disable alerts.
